Who processes your data

Sensory Research & Data is the controller of the data processed on this site. For any privacy matter, including exercising your rights, the channel is contato@sensory.com.br.

What this site does not do

We start here because it is the unusual part. This site uses no tracking cookie, has no ad pixel, has no audience measurement tool and builds no browsing profile of anyone.

It also loads no third-party resource while you read. The K2D typeface, for instance, is served by the site itself and not by Google Fonts: no request leaves your browser for them. Images and the rest of the page come from the same place.

The only data kept on your device

Your answer to the cookie notice is kept in your browser's local storage, under the key sensory_cookies, along with the date you answered. It is not a cookie and it goes to no server: it stays on your device.

It serves two purposes: not asking again on every visit, and respecting your choice should any audience measurement be adopted in the future. Clearing the site data in your browser erases that answer.

The contact form

When you submit the form, we process what you wrote in it: name, company (optional), email, reason for contact, message and the language of the page you were on.

There is a single purpose: replying and carrying the conversation. The legal basis is the preliminary procedures of a contract, requested by you (Brazilian data protection law, article 7, item V).

Email delivery is handled by Resend. The message stays in our inbox for as long as the conversation makes sense, and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask for deletion sooner.

The WhatsApp button

The conversation box sends nothing to our servers. It composes a text with what you filled in and opens WhatsApp with that message already written: you are the one who presses send, from your own device.

From then on the conversation is also processed by Meta, under their policy, and by us for the same purpose as the form.

Who else touches this data

Three suppliers, each with one role:

• Resend: delivers the form email to our inbox.
• Vercel: serves the pages. Like any hosting, it records access data such as IP address and time, for a short period and for operation and security.
• Meta (WhatsApp): only if you choose that contact route.

International transfer

The suppliers above operate outside Brazil. The transfer happens under the safeguards set out in the Brazilian data protection law (article 33) and is limited to the purposes described here.

We do not sell and we do not use it for ads

The data you send us is not sold, is not handed to third parties for their own purposes and feeds no advertising segmentation. It exists so we can talk to you.

Your rights

The law grants you the right to ask, at any time, for:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
• data portability;
• information on who we share it with;
• withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed on that basis.

How to exercise them

Write to contato@sensory.com.br saying what you want. We answer straight away when we can, and within 15 days when the request needs looking into.

Security

Pages are served over HTTPS. Access to the inbox that receives the forms is restricted to the Sensory team.

Changes to this policy

If anything here changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
